Slow releases, high delivery costs
Rigid 2-week sprint cycles required three dedicated roles — frontend, backend and QA — and complex features took 2–3 months to ship. Development overhead was becoming unsustainable.

Cutting delivery costs by ~60%, moving from 2-week sprints to near-daily releases, and earning the #2 Real Estate Broker ranking in the Philippines — awarded by ChinaBank.
The client
Bahai Digital Inc (El Segundo, California) runs BahaiDeals — an AI-powered proptech marketplace with embedded bank financing, serving overseas Filipinos with listing inventory from the country's top condo builders: SMDC, Ayala, Robinsons and Shangri-La.
The problem
After scaling past ₱1B in pre-launch sales, feature requests surged — and three operational bottlenecks throttled the delivery pipeline.
Rigid 2-week sprint cycles required three dedicated roles — frontend, backend and QA — and complex features took 2–3 months to ship. Development overhead was becoming unsustainable.
As the codebase expanded into payment and cross-border loan pathways, every change required manual senior-engineer review. Coverage gaps in edge and negative scenarios created real deployment and cross-repository collision risks.
Product requirements documents and high-fidelity prototypes needed a minimum of 1–2 weeks per feature — before engineering could even begin.
The deployment
Amihan re-engineered the platform's delivery engine around Claude, eliminating the speed-versus-cost compromise: enterprise-grade governance at high velocity, without expanding overhead.
Deployed via the Amihan Agent Kit, a production Claude agent operates alongside developer workflows in Claude Code — fetching live review specs, cross-analyzing multi-file changes and flagging violations before pull requests merge. The production routine runs on Claude Opus and Fable 5.
Claude paired with Playwright generates automated QA criteria for edge cases and regulatory requirements — cutting complex feature execution from 2–3 days to 1 day.
Amihan trained the entire organization on Claude. Engineers adopted Claude Code as their primary terminal workspace; the product team migrated to Claude for real-time PRDs. The Tech Lead and two engineers earned Claude Certified Architect (CCA-F) status.
Results
| Capability | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Release velocity | Rigid 2-week sprint cycles; complex features took 2–3 months to ship. | ~10× faster Near-daily production releases — deployment frequency up roughly 10×. |
| Delivery economics | 12-month build timeline with a 6-person team — 5 mid-level developers plus 1 architect. | ~60% lower Shipped in 6 months with 3 people — 1 architect plus 2 developers. |
| Prototyping & PRDs | Product specs and high-fidelity prototypes required 1–2 weeks minimum, alongside dedicated design resources. | 85% faster 7 days → 1 day — real-time PRDs generated without full-time designers. |
| Complex features & compliance | Resolving edge-case criteria and regulatory compliance took 2–3 days per complex feature. | Up to 66% faster 1 day per complex feature — Claude with Playwright generating automated QA criteria. |
| Engineering structure | Siloed frontend and backend roles — at least 2 engineers per feature. | 50% fewer 1 Claude-powered full-stack engineer executes end-to-end feature flows independently. |
Traction & adoption
Recognized for brand credibility, product stability and customer value — BahaiDeals was awarded the #2 Real Estate Broker ranking in the Philippines by ChinaBank, with ₱108M in total bookings.
The platform directly supported over ₱1 billion worth of homes sold across 145 units to global Filipinos.
The prototype was built on Claude 3.5 Sonnet — 70% of the core product in a single week.
Engineers adopted Claude Code as their primary terminal development workspace; the product organization migrated to Claude following company-wide training.
Bahai Digital's Tech Lead and two engineers earned Claude Certified Architect status. Amihan now deploys 17 Claude Certified Architects.
The Agent Kit routine runs in production, integrating Claude Opus and Fable 5 models.
Amihan didn't just build and turn over a product. They trained our whole organization on Claude, and now our Tech Lead and two other engineers are Claude Certified Architects. The robust, stable platform they built directly helped us win recognition as the #2 broker in the Philippines awarded by ChinaBank, allowing us to close new clients faster while driving an almost 60% reduction in delivery cost and effort.
